Advisor CRM has deep integration with Advisor View and Advisor Rebalancing. In addition to single sign-on access, integration refers to the automatic updating of information between products. Advisor CRM integrates with Advisor View and Advisor Rebalancing. Your firm’s Data Manager can enable the bi-directional integration and events between the products.
From Advisor CRM, you can create a new Household and new Clients in Advisor View with the click of a button – making it fast and easy to manage your households. The Household and Clients will be automatically linked, and your updates to the Household will then sync across the products.
This integration allows you to keep clients' Household name, mailing address, and state of residence seamlessly in sync between Advisor View and Advisor CRM and reduces potential errors.
Financial Accounts Integration
You can see financial account information from Advisor View and Advisor Rebalancing in Advisor CRM. This integration gives you an overview of some key financial account data points in Advisor CRM. When you want to drill down into financial details, you can quickly jump from Advisor CRM to your Advisor View Dashboard which automatically displays the corresponding Advisor View financial account.
Reporting and Rebalancing Groups Integration
You can see group information from Advisor View and Advisor Rebalancing in Advisor CRM. This integration gives you an overview some key financial and rebalancing data points in Advisor CRM. Advisor CRM will sync with Advisor View during the daily sync with your portfolio accounting system. If you have the full Tamarac suite or just Advisor View and Advisor CRM, Reporting will be your source of record.
Using client integration allows you to simplify data management between Advisor CRM and Advisor View. Client integration bi-directionally integrates the client’s name, email address, and date of birth between Advisor CRM and Advisor View. You will also be able to see information about a client’s portal for linked clients.

There are many actions you can perform in Advisor View and Advisor Rebalancing that can be optionally tracked in Advisor CRM. In Advisor CRM, you can choose to track these actions as an event, a completed activity, or both.
