You can use different headers and footers in each report section. For example, you might want the header for each section to reflect the title of that section.

General Settings for PDF Templates

In the General Settings section of your PDF Templates, you can configure default settings that apply to all sections of your PDF templates, such as single account display format, file name formats, and report sorting.

Customize the Name of Column Headings for PDF Reports

Customization is a good thing. On your PDF reports, you can rename the column and row headings - for example, you can rename the Dollar Gain/Loss column to Gain/Loss Amount.

Set Column Widths for PDF Reports

You can use the space on your PDF reports most efficiently by adjusting your column widths when you select the columns. A preview allows you to see exactly how the columns will look, and which columns need to be adjusted. You'll also see the theme you've selected, since font choices will affect how the columns fit in the available space.

Upload Custom Files

You can upload image files to Advisor View for the purpose of adding custom graphics or content to your performance reports. This is useful when creating a custom cover page, custom header/footer and adding custom pages of content, such as a relevant article or newsletter.

Obscure Account Numbers on PDF Reports

The report theme offers you a privacy option to prevent other people from seeing account numbers when your screen is visible. All account numbers for the theme you customize will be obscured, and every report that uses that theme will be protected.
