Introduction
Even if your firm has the Yodlee integration, in order to see the Aggregated Accounts page and link accounts on the page, your user must have certain user permissions.

Grant Access to the Aggregated Accounts Page
To see the Aggregated Accounts page, your user must belong to a role that has the following page permissions:

Accounts | Aggregated Accounts

Accounts | Households
Grant Access to Convert Balance-Only Accounts to Reconciled Accounts
To convert balance-only accounts to reconciled accounts, your user must have Upgrade to Reconciled Data selected under Accounts | Aggregated Accounts.
