System Settings: Disable "Remember This Device"
By default, when you enable dual factor authentication (DFA), users in your firm can select Remember this device to bypass dual factor authentication after the first successful login.
This system setting, available when you select Require additional authentication when signing in, allows a firm to require users in the firm to always use dual factor authentication by removing Remember this device from the dual factor authentication page.
To require firm users to always use dual factor authentication, select Disable "Remember this device."
To allow firm users to skip dual factor authentication after the first successful login, clear Disable "Remember this device."
This is a firm-wide setting. If you enable this feature, all advisors will be required to complete dual factor authentication in addition to entering a password.
