Milliseconds Added to Order Submission Times in OMS Bulk Reports

When you trade with Advisor OMS, your or your compliance department may want more detailed submission time information about each trade. With this release, we've surfaced more detailed order submission times when you create an OMS bulk report. This update shows the time in milliseconds, not just to seconds, providing you with even more information.
