Cash dividends paid by some securities which are reinvested back into the client's holding in that security rather than producing cash in the client's account.
This is how dividend reinvestments are treated in Advisor Rebalancing:
Short Term Gains: Dividend reinvestments are subject to Short Term Gains restrictions.
Custodian Redemption Fees: Dividend reinvestments are not subject to Custodian Redemption Fees.
Fund Redemption Fees: Dividend reinvestments are not subject to Fund Redemption Fees.
Wash Sales: Dividend reinvestments are subject to wash sale restrictions. If the Include dividend reinvestments for wash sale restrictions option is unchecked, dividend reinvestments will not be considered subject to wash sale restrictions.
