Cash ($) is the amount of cash an account has in excess of the cash reserves.

When Cash Reserve Actual is within cash reserve thresholds, then this is the calculation: 

Equation: Total Cash ($) – Cash Reserves Actual

In all other situations, this is the calculation: 

Equation:Total Cash ($) – Cash Reserves Goal
