See Activities Pane Displayed by Default on the Accounts and Leads Pages

We know it's important to see your activities at a glance, so we've changed the default highlighted tab on the Accounts and Leads pages. For convenience and to save you time, you'll now see the Activities tab when you open these pages, instead of initially seeing the Posts tab.

Multiple Enhancements for System Views

We've simplified the Advisor CRM system views to increase efficiency and save you implementation costs. We've provided many enhancements that we think you'll find helpful, such as adding and renaming views, improving sorting options, adjusting column widths, moving columns, and adding new features.

Page Changes
Accounts page:
  • The name of the My Clients view has been changed to Clients I Work With, and we're including accounts where you are listed in a Service Team role, even if you aren’t the primary advisor.

  • The Address 1: City and Address 1: State fields have been consolidated into an Address 1 composite field.

  • We added Meeting Frequency to the Clients—Needing Review view so you can easily identify any missing data points.

  • We replaced the Last Contacted column with the new Last Appointment column.

  • We added several new columns—Job Title, Business Phone, and Primary Advisor.

  • We added the Model column on the Financial Account subgrid.

  • The All Activity Associated view now sorts by Due Date Descending.

Contacts page:
  • We added a view called Contacts—Address 1 Comparison. This view sorts by whether the contact is synced and mapped (No-Yes), then by full name (A-Z).

  • The Client Birthday view now sorts with the next upcoming birthday at the top.

  • The Client Anniversary view now sorts with the next upcoming anniversary at the top.

  • On the Clients—Annual ADV and Privacy Policy view, there are two new columns—Last ADV Sent (Account) and Last Privacy Notice (Account). This view now filters accounts on the ADV Sent and Privacy Notice Sent fields if the fields are blank or older than 11 months.

Leads page:
  • We added a field for CSA. When the lead is qualified, this information will be automatically populated on the Account page.

Opportunities page:
  • When you create a new opportunity using the Quick Create option, you now have a field for Consolidation Type.

Financial Account page:
  • We added a new view called Financial Accounts—Contact Audit. This view allows you to easily identify which contact should be the primary contact.

  • The existing No Associated Household view is now called Financial Accounts—No Associated Household.

Reporting Group page:
  • We added a new view called Reporting Groups—No Associated Household. This view works the same way as the one on the Financial Accounts page, allowing you to see reporting groups that have no assigned household.

Rebalancing Group page:
  • We added a new view called Rebalancing Groups—No Associated Household. The view works the same way as the one on the Financial Accounts page, allowing you to see rebalancing groups which have no assigned household.

Activities page:
  • We added a new view called My Service Team's Activities. This view will show open activities regarding any account or lead where you are listed in a Service Team role.

  • The All Closed Activities view now sorts in descending order for Actual End.

Estate Planning page:
  • You have the option to use notes again on this page, and any notes you already had entered previously will be available.

Service Offerings page:
  • You can now see the Lead field so that there will be no confusion about whether a service offering is associated to an account or a lead.

External Event Log page:
  • The Active External Event logs will now sort in descending order for Created On.
