Processes
This feature is only available in Advisor CRM for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Defining and maintaining consistent business processes is one of the main reasons people use Advisor CRM. Consistent processes help make sure people using the system can focus on their work and not on remembering to perform a set of manual steps. Processes can be simple or complex and can change over time.

Clear the automatically delete completed workflow jobs check box so that you can troubleshoot if anything goes wrong with this Process.
When creating a Task via Process, always populate the Subject, Regarding, Due Date, and Owner fields. Records created via Process with no Owner will be assigned to the Owner of the Workflow by default.
When creating or sending an Email via Process, the From and the Owner must match or the email will not be sent.
When choosing to send an Email or create a Task via Process, best practice is to use a dynamic field in the Owner, To, or From fields. This way, if a User were to leave the firm or transition out of their current role, you do not need to update the Process, you will only have to update the Service Team.
When editing a Process, create a Process Template just in case errors occur while making your edits.
